Job Title: Distributor Program Manager Company: Real Estate Hack (Container Homes & ADUs) Type: Full-Time Compensation: [Insert Salary Range or "Commensurate with Experience"] Reports To: Director of Operations / CEO About Real Estate Hack: Real Estate Hack is revolutionizing affordable housing with container-based homes and ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units). With manufacturing expanding to Southern California, including a showroom in Perris and a facility in Johnson Valley, we are scaling our reach through a national distributor program. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Distributor Program Manager to oversee our growing network of container home and ADU distributors. This role will manage the full lifecycle of distributor engagement--from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, training, and performance tracking. You will play a critical role in ensuring our distributors succeed in marketing, selling, and representing the Real Estate Hack brand. Key Responsibilities: * Recruit, screen, and onboard new distributors based on program criteria. * Ensure all distributors meet program requirements, including: * Securing a physical location or rented yard space. * Paying a $500/month marketing fee. * Purchasing a $60,000 display unit at wholesale cost. * Manage distributor agreements, NDAs, and non-compete compliance. * Serve as primary point of contact for all distributor operations and support. * Monitor performance and provide coaching and training as needed. * Coordinate with marketing, design, and permitting teams to streamline distributor processes. * Enforce rules and procedures while maintaining strong relationships. * Stay informed on antitrust and contract law compliance related to territorial sales and pricing. * Provide 60-day advance notice of any changes to exclusivity or policy. Qualifications: * 3+ years experience in distributor management, sales operations, or franchise development. * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Familiarity with construction, prefab housing, or ADU industry a plus. * Working knowledge of territory management and B2B agreements. * Ability to navigate compliance and legal frameworks such as antitrust law and non-competes. * Proficient with CRM and project management tools. Bonus Qualifications: * Experience scaling a national dealer or franchise network. * Background in housing, real estate development, or modular construction. * Legal or contract management experience. * Go to our site [please apply online] and learn our business model.
