We specialize in helping our customers get exceptional service for their roof repair & exterior construction needs. Our mission at Elysian is to serve a property owners needs with * Exceptional workmanship * Premium materials * Professional integrity * Exceptional Service * Maximum value Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for: * Performing and documenting roof inspections through photographs. * Reviewing and signing contracts with Homeowners. * Data entry. * Self-sourced lead generation. * Attending Weekly meetings * Taking Coaching from Area Sales Manager and Inside Sales Leads. * Ability and willingness to communicate effectively. * Perform roof adjustments when assigned by the Legal Department. * Completing other tasks as assigned to by the Internal Team. * Ability to travel to other markets for months at a time (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE), being able to go back home for up to two weeks in-between travel. We provide our Outside Sales Representatives with: * Weekly salary compensation starting at $750, with bonus based on sales and sizes of projects (Top performers making over $100,000 a year within one year) * Automobile Fuel & Maintenance Allowance Program of $200 per week * Supplemental Compensation Program for completion of miscellaneous activities per company policies * Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other benefits options. Mandatory Requirements: * Must have a valid driver's license * Must have valid vehicle insurance * Must be willing to undergo a background check Upon hire our Outside Sales Representatives will be required to: * Complete all required trainings, including 2 to 4 weeks company onboarding and on the job sales training * Present yourself to a testing center for drug testing * Communicate effectively with your management team regarding your progress and experience * Execute 2 homeowner MCA agreements under the guidance and advisory of Regional Sales Supervisor within the first 6 weeks Elysian Construction has been a family owned Minnesota business since 2004.
