You will be a key contributor, not only to our Mission, but of providing the Outstanding Customer Service we are known for. What You Will Do * Greet customers on the lot, over the phone and guide them into the sales process * Help customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs * Promote accessories and the right finance products to meet customer's needs * Complete sales contracts, deliver vehicles and follow-up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction * Participate in manufacturer education and training programs * Sell both new and used Requirements * A valid driver's license and good driving record * Must be 18 years or older * Strong communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Demonstrate the company's Core Values every day * Reliable attendance * Professional appearance * Ability to provide excellent customer service * Self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude Preferred * Experience using CRM software and data mining tools * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Seeking prior automotive sales experience, will consider the right applicants without.
