Duties * Engage with customers through various online platforms to promote products and services. * Conduct outbound sales calls to potential leads, providing product information and addressing inquiries. * Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate product listings on the website. * Utilize software tools to track sales performance, customer interactions, and follow-ups. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing online sales. * Maintain phone etiquette while communicating with customers, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor. * Perform cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends and dealership offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
