Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining positive relationships. * Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of service. Experience * Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn. * Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory management and sales tracking is beneficial. * Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently. * Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries via phone effectively. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse customers. * Experience in supervising or training new staff is a plus for those looking to advance within the company.
