Job Overview MCA Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing our products, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients while effectively demonstrating product features and benefits. Duties * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to potential customers. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with transactions and manage stock levels effectively. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring that stock levels are accurately monitored and replenished as needed. * Utilize retail math to analyze sales trends and contribute to inventory management strategies. * Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment on sales goals and customer feedback. * Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for processing transactions.
