Full description of the position

Kent Services is looking for a results oriented Sales Director-Business Development professional (New Jersey Division and Westchester County Division). Company Overview : Kent services is a family-owned security, technology and building services firm with a renowned history of delivering unparalleled services through our close to 2,000 employees. We offer an array of services: Security guard, video surveillance/access control and alarm systems technology and hospitality services in residential and commercial buildings. Requirements: A sales professional with experience in real estate, property management or a related industry is a plus. The business professional is responsible for generating leads, setting meetings and securing new clients across commercial, residential and government sectors. Identify and target potential new clients, including: property managers, building owners and developers. Develop long-term relationships with key decision-maker to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This is a hybrid position. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, real estate, or related fields. Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary (70,000/year) and commission of 3 %. Health Insurance 401(k) with company match.
