Summary As a Junior Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming shopping experience for our clients. Your core skills in retail sales, cash handling, and effective communication will enable you to assist customers in selecting jewelry that meets their needs. Collaborating with the sales team, you will also engage in merchandising and product demonstrations. A high school diploma or GED is required, and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success in this role. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and engage customers to understand their preferences and guide them through our custom jewelry options. * Provide personalized recommendations while explaining product details, customization processes, and quality features. * Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a memorable shopping experience and foster repeat business. * Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining an appealing showroom display. * Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. * Stay informed on the latest jewelry trends and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. * Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask. * Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training! * Enthusiasm for learning about jewelry trends and the custom manufacturing process.
