About the Job: Title : Retail Sales Associate - PT Hours : Approximately 20 hours per week Schedule : Will vary Tuesday - Saturday (closed Sunday & Monday) Salary : $17 per hour Benefits : Employee discount Location : Granite Bay, CA Time Frame : We're looking for someone exceptional, and we're ready to welcome you on board ASAP! Responsibilities & Duties: * Create a welcoming and hospitable environment that ensures an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers. * Sales! This is a sales based position. * Utilize your knowledge of furniture and home decor to assist customers in selecting and customizing products, ensuring their satisfaction and boosting sales. * Collaborate with management to efficiently handle daily operations at The Shop. * Maintain an in-depth understanding of our extensive product catalog. Skills & Requirements: * A track record of success in retail sales, particularly in the furniture or home furnishings industry - furniture knowledge and sales experience is a must! * Exceptional interpersonal skills, top-notch communication, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. * Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable organizational abilities. * Basic computer skills, with experience using Mac systems. Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus.
