NewPay is a rapidly growing debt consolidation company and we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Representatives to join our sales team. Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, as well as driving revenue growth through sales. Key Responsibilities: * Meet and exceed sales targets * Develop and maintain pipeline to maximize revenue * Provide exceptional customer service * Understand and communicate the value proposition of our services * Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing support * Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and phone systems Requirements: * Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities * Self-motivated and results-driven * Experience in the debt consolidation or financial services industry is a plus * Bachelor's degree, sales or related field is preferred, but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a fun and fast- paced work environment.
