You will leverage your proven sales expertise to build lasting relationships with prospects and convert them into satisfied customers. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our revenue and market presence. Key Responsibilities * Market Expansion & Lead Generation: * Identify, develop, and execute sales strategies to attract new business opportunities. * Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities. * Network and prospect to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. * Sales Execution & Relationship Management: * Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. * Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure business deals. * Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and offering effective cleaning service solutions. * Collaboration & Reporting: * Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation initiatives. * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. * Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications * Experience & Skills: * A proven track record in sales, with experience in the cleaning service industry. * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * A self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Education : * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
