We are searching for outgoing, self-motivated professional people with an entrepreneurial mindset for our Publisher position. This is a sales position. Although Publishers run their own magazine. The predominant responsibility of a Publisher is the financial support of the magazine through sales of ad packages (including digital products). You would not be writing or editing the copy of the magazine. Create a sense of community among the neighborhood residents with a high- quality, publication with all local non-controversial content that the community looks forward to receiving every month. Help local business owners grow their business while building lasting relationships. Although no specific industry experience is necessary, Publishers often have backgrounds in sales, marketing, or business ownership. If you've never worked in sales before, we specialize in getting you going and supporting you the entire way. This position is commission-based. In sales jobs that offer a base salary for all, the commission structure is quite low and or capped in order to "spread out" the revenue among the sales force. It's time that you earn what you are worth! What does 100% commission really mean to you? * Have you worked in an organization that the few "do-ers" support the entire group? Working commission gives you, the "do-er", the compensation that you deserve. * You will earn 80% commission on what you sell into your publication. * No cap on your income. Earn as much as you like (most publishers earn in the middle six-figures). * If you want a raise, you are in control of how much you make. * Stable income as you are paid as your clients pay for their long-term agreements, so you are able to build your income to the level that you desire. * Multiple bonus programs to bolster your income even more.
