Key responsibilities: * Candidate sourcing: Actively search for potential sales candidates through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and job boards. * Screening resumes and applications: Review candidate profiles to identify qualified sales professionals based on experience, skills, and qualifications. * Conducting initial interviews: Screen candidates through phone or video calls to assess their sales skills, personality, and fit for the role. * In-depth candidate evaluation: Conduct further interviews with shortlisted candidates, including behavioral and situational questions to gauge their sales abilities and potential. * Managing candidate pipeline: Track candidate progress through the recruitment process * Collaborating with hiring managers: Partner with sales managers to understand specific hiring needs and ensure alignment with the team's goals. Required Qualifications: * Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Very strong written and verbal communication skills * Sales knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and key sales metrics * Networking abilities: Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts * Recruitment expertise: Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
