Sales Representative CCMS Scientific is a company that excels in the repair and maintenance of specialty healthcare and laboratory equipment. We are a young and energetic team that continues to grow and expand our brand! We are looking for enthusiastic and talented sales representatives, both entry level and experienced, to join our team. Our company focuses primarily with specialty refrigerators/freezers and service specialized airflow equipment. Sales Representative Roles and Responsibilities: * Represent the Company's service portfolio to new and existing clients * Generate new leads by developing a tailored sales strategy using relevant market information and understanding the space the company serves. * Maintain existing relationships with clients via in-person engagement and virtual means. * Develop relationships with manufacturers to maintain local service needs * Generate and follow up on proposals. Compensation and Benefits * The position pays a base salary of $72,000- $85,000, with uncapped commission rate structure. * Reimbursement for travel * This is a hybrid work position, both work from home along with in-office as needed. * Competitive benefits package including health insurance and PTO. Sales Representative Roles and Responsibilities: o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives. o Effectively communicate value proposition and service offerings to existing and prospective clients. o Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client requirements. o Negotiate terms of contracts to secure long-term business contracts. o Drive the sales process from lead generation to close. o Stay informed about industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients. Education & Experience * 3-5 years experience in B2B sales * Knowledge in the field of lab equipment repair is a plus * Ability to speak technically on relevant subject matter. * Documentation skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
