Compensation Full-Time 40 hr/wk: $25/hr + 30-50k Performance Bonuses = 80k-100k annual compensation estimate. Unlimited Bonus Potential. Full Benefits included. Hours are 830-6 on weekdays and 9-4 on Saturdays. Saturday availability (3 per month) is required. Closed Sunday, No nights, major holidays, or on-call. Position Summary We are looking for talented, highly motivated sales manager with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate is assertive, pro-active, persuasive and performance driven. This talented sales manager will also be responsible for building successful engaging relationships with new and existing guests as well as with fellow team members. We are seeking a positive, energetic Aesthetic Sales Manager with exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills to join a fast-growing, fast-paced team in Long Island City, Queens, NY. Essential Job Functions: * Sells and closes on the value of our services to guests during the initial consultation * Drives to meet and or exceed department goals daily * Follows up with previous guests to renew interest * Responsible for making outside calls to generate guests through community marketing * Ensures all guest questions and concerns are addressed professionally * Managing a scheduled based on business needs * Create volume driving initiatives * Hit sales targets by motivating the team with positive reinforcement & leading by example * Administration duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, answering phones, auditing contracts and charts, etc.. * Handling guest escalations by forming creative and positive solutions * Recruiting and hiring Job Specifications/Qualifications: * Excellent interpersonal and communications skills * Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience * Strong closer in a short sales cycle * Must be a self-starter and highly motivated * Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task * Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment * High School Diploma of GED equivalent * Ability to thrive in an aesthetic sale environment * Promote new or additional services appropriate to client * Organization, cleanliness, task completion * Able to travel occasionally as needed to our sister locations in Carle Place and Hauppauge NY. Technical or Administrative Knowledge: * Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills * Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office suite, Google Chrome, Word Processing, SalesForce, Zenoti etc.) * Compelling interpersonal communications skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities * Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols associated with our equipment, sales process and computer system. * Ability to work independently, strong sense of urgency, ability to work with poise under stressful, fast-paced conditions. * Organizational, multitasking, prioritizing, time management and follow up skills, detail oriented, high level of accuracy. Special Skills and Abilities and/or: * Must maintain a HIGH attention to detail. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: * Interacting with co-workers, vendors, and customers. * Maintain cleanliness and appearance of clinic and treatment rooms. * Office machines, phones, fax, computers, postage meter, etc. * Working environment: non-private, varies from outside open parking lot, to cubicle workspace, to adaptive office.
