Full description of the position
Reports to: Industrial/OEM Division Sales Manager * Cooperates with:* All Departments * Primary Responsibility:* This position is responsible for direct sales of the complete MIRATECH product line in the following Market * Segments:* Industrial / Ag. Off Road Equipment, Shipyards Process PD Blower / Hydro Excavator / Vac-Truck. Position Overview: The Outbound Sales Representative will focus on proactively managing and growing a set list of customers through outbound calling and customer engagement strategies. This role involves driving sales, building strong relationships, and achieving revenue targets by maintaining regular communication with assigned accounts. Location: Office-Based Key Responsibilities: * Account Management and Sales Growth: * Proactively manage outbound sales calls to a set list of key customers within assigned territories. * Retain, grow, and maintain existing customer accounts through consistent outreach and relationship building. * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Customer Relationship Development: * Build and nurture relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. * Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions. New Business Development: * Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts to increase revenue streams. * Introduce new products, services, or programs to customers to support their needs and business growth. Product and Market Knowledge: * Stay up to date on the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers. * Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies. Collaboration and Reporting: * Work closely with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance, to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system. Communication and Presentations: * Deliver engaging product and service presentations to customers during calls or virtual meetings. * Respond to sales inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or other electronic communication channels. Performance and Professional Development: * Focus on proactive sales efforts, setting weekly/monthly call targets or revenue goals. * Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and education programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outbound sales, B2B, telesales, or account management. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment. * Live in the Tulsa, OK area or willing to relocate. * B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college/university, (business or engineering preferred but not necessary) * Attention to detail and Organizational and time management skills. * Willingness to work cross functionally, assert beliefs and opinions, and to learn. * Industry sales experience preferred - knowledge of engine driven systems such as generators, compressors, pumps, etc. Preferred : * Prior experience working in a B2B sales environment. * Knowledge of the company's industry, products, or services (specifics can be tailored).
