nbound Moving Sales Position - Zippboxx Moving and Storage Job Title: Inbound Moving Sales RepresentativeLocation: BohemiaJob Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Moving Sales Representative to handle incoming customer inquiries, provide accurate moving estimates, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients. Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries. * Qualify leads and provide customized moving and storage solutions. * Prepare accurate moving estimates and quotes. * Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. * Follow up on quotes and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients. * Collaborate with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth service delivery. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. * Attend Networking meetings and events Qualifications: * Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service (moving or logistics experience is a plus). * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills. * High school diploma or equivalent.
