Industry: Health & Wellness We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused team member to manage our NYC showroom and drive in-person sales. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily showroom operations and close in-store sales with confidence and warmth * Provide exceptional service via phone and email to customers with in-house sales inquiries * Greet clients and recommend the best product solutions based on their interests and needs * Guide visitors through wellness experience sessions and help them feel the benefits firsthand * Follow our training manual and sales protocols to ensure consistent, effective customer interactions * Take initiative to self-learn product knowledge and stay up to date with new offerings and technologies * Keep detailed records of tasks and projects in the store log, with time-stamped updates. * Ensure all products are properly displayed, turned on, and set to the right temperature. * Maintain a clean, welcoming, and fully stocked showroom environment * Troubleshoot and resolve any store-related issues as they arise * Support light building maintenance and upkeep to ensure the space reflects our high standards * Brainstorm and implement new storefront signage and outdoor banners to attract walk-in traffic * Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth showroom operations * Perform product inspections and manage showroom inventory * Develop deep product knowledge of HealthyLine's wellness technologies * Support additional projects or tasks assigned by management Qualifications * Experience or strong interest in the Health & Wellness or Fitness industries * Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience in a retail or service-based environment * Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about helping people * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to stand and move comfortably on the sales floor for extended periods * Familiarity with crystals, energy work, or alternative wellness is a plus (but not required) * Experience as Store Supervisor / Store Director is a plus Bonus Perks: * Work in a peaceful, wellness-oriented environment * Staff wellness perks including product demos and potential for team wellness sessions * Opportunity to grow within a mission-driven company Apply now and be part of a team that 's redefining wellness from the inside out.
