About the Role: We're seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Sales Associate to support daily operations at our retail location in Lone Tree, Colorado. This is an employment opportunity with training provided. This role starts as an employee position, with strong potential to grow into a managerial role as the business expands. We're at an exciting early stage with lots of room to grow -- this is a chance to get in early and grow with us. What You 'll Do: * Greet and assist customers with selecting nail products and understanding how they work * Deliver great service with product knowledge and attention to detail * Be comfortable assisting customers with applying nails, if requested * Maintain a clean and organized retail area * Handle sales transactions and help with daily open/close duties * Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the customer experience Physical Requirements: * Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods * Must be able to lift and carry light materials (up to 20 lbs) during setup or restocking * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Who You Are: * Friendly, punctual, and reliable * Able to take initiative and work independently * Experience with nails or beauty is highly desired * Comfortable engaging with customers and providing hands-on help when needed * Previous retail or sales experience is a plus * Must be 18+ * Willing to work weekends and holidays when needed * Based in or able to commute to Lone Tree, CO Presentation & Professionalism: * Must maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance while at work * Good hygiene and a polished presence are required to reflect the brand image * May be required to wear a uniform or branded apparel provided by the company * Must wear and present the product (press-on nails) while on shift to showcase offerings What We Offer: * Training provided * Hourly pay + commission * Growth opportunities including a clear path to management roles * Be part of an early-stage team where your ideas and contributions matter Sound like a fit?
