AT&T Account Representative Responsibilities * Speak with potential customers face-to-face, promoting AT&T's products and services * Close sales and drive revenue growth while maintaining professional business relationships * Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently * Stay informed on AT&T's latest promotions and service offerings to better assist customers * Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to increase customer acquisition and retention * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing service benefits * Accurately input customer data while maintaining confidentiality standards AT&T Account Representative Qualifications * High school diploma or GED equivalent * Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to quickly develop relationships * A strong enthusiasm for sales and also customer service, along with a mindset oriented towards trackable results * Demonstrated communication skills (both verbal and written) for successful client interactions * Professional demeanor towards all interactions involving customers, clients, management, and fellow AT&T Account Representatives * Willingness to be a team player but also take the initiative to grow into a leadership role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
