Job Overview We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Cell Phone Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers directly in assigned territories, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, enabling them to effectively negotiate and build relationships with clients. Duties * Engage directly with prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information. * Engage in direct marketing efforts to generate interest and drive sales opportunities. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology sales offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales roles is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. * A background in technology sales is a plus but not required. * Demonstrated ability in business development and outside sales.
