Key Responsibilities: * Manage and update customer data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely communication. * Assist in the development of sales strategies and outreach initiatives. * Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes. * Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of the power generation industry.
