This is a high call volume production-oriented position so if you are motivated to earn great money and not afraid to make a lot of calls, this is a great opportunity!To find out more on why we are a great company to work for, check out this video: [please apply online] Benefits * Retirement Benefits: 1 * Health Benefits: 1 * Life Benefits: 1 * Disability Benefits: 1 * PTO Benefits: 1 Responsibilities * * Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers * Respond to internet leads within 10 minutes with a phone call and/or email * Schedule appointments * Confirm appointments and reschedule no-show appointments * Work with and follow up with Sales Departments to determine outcomes and appointments kept * Generate letters and thank you cards and emails * Make CSI follow up calls to all customers * Answer incoming sales calls/leads - instant messages - chats * Greet scheduled customers and introduce them to the Sales Manager and Sales Professionals * Post vehicles with descriptions into our website and keep up to date inventory Qualifications * * Previous sales experience helpful * Previous call center experience a huge plus * Excellent phone skills * Attention to detail and organization * Ability to acquire a State of Utah Salesperson License * Ability to thrive in a production oriented environment is essential * Valid driver's license * Good driving record * Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
