Full description of the position

We have an immediate opening for Business Development Manager_US to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are committed, flexible, and with the right attitude to be part of an innovative organization. Role & Responsibilities: * Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options * Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions * Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements * Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors * Create a go-to-market strategy to successfully launch new products and solutions and lead the successful execution of this plan across functional teams * Collaborate with our Digital Marketing team to develop and execute a demand generation program that increases both sales pipeline volume and velocity * Develop thought-leadership materials designed to accelerate customers and industry awareness and adoption of Hexanika solutions, such as case studies, whitepapers, vertical industry POVs, and other articles * Support the Mid-Market Sales team with a robust sales kit including presentations, briefs, FAQs guides, demos, and related collateral * Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, segmentation analysis, and 1:1 customer interviews * Lead competitive intelligence and analysis, including win-loss, competitive positioning, and SWOT analysis * Develop and deliver in-depth training to the sales force and channel partners that describe the positioning, value proposition, capabilities, sales strategies, other best practices for Hexanika products & solutions * Research prospective clients and pitch ideas * Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Take initiative and anticipate the needs of clients and internal staff * Excellent interpersonal skills * Relationship building * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face. * Prospect and qualifying sales leads * Update and maintain quality data within Salesforce * Identify opportunities for engagement marketing campaigns * Organize sales collateral * Assist the management in taking the appropriate decisions in the discussions on the forthcoming products and on the special promotions. * Maintaining sales reports and other relevant information for the sales department Key Skills: * Is considered an expert in knowledge of products, solutions, or service offerings as well as competitor 's offerings to be able to sell large solutions * Wellworsed the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated, and integrated this knowledge into consultative selling * Understands and applies program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure successful pursuit * Collaborates with management and sales teams in shared accounts to ensure seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities * Excellent project management skills * Establishes a professional working relationship, up to the executive level, with the client * Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals * Deep knowledge of products, solutions, or service offerings as well as competitor 's offerings * Understands how to leverage Hexanika 's portfolio and change the playing field on our competitors * Maintain expertise of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner solutions * Maintains expertise on IT at all levels - new applications, maintenance, typical budgets of the CIO's, typical objectives, measures, metrics * Software product launch experience strongly desired - particularly with Sales Effectiveness and SaaS offerings. Pricing expertise is a plus * Outstanding communication skills, and in particular the ability to convert complex ideas and quantitative data into clear, concise, compelling value and differentiated messaging * Ability to create innovative product demonstrations, sales tools, and content * Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaign * Fluent in all standard Microsoft office application Qualifications: The candidate should ideally: * Possess a Bachelor 's Degree in any field.
