About TLP: We are a marketing company that has been around since 1997. We specialize in helping small business owners grow their business/brand with print media. Core Responsibilities : * Collaborate with Sales Representatives to analyze their sales territory and develop winning strategies to identify qualified leads through business development calling * Learn our strategy, vision, mission and products * Set at least one product demonstration per working hour which complete at an average of 70%. * Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and email * Master the company's telephone systems, email and other tools Desired Qualifications and Qualities : * Cold-calling experience * Self-Motivated * Natural networker and relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills * Highly organized and detail-oriented individual withe great organizational and time-management skills. * Skilled in standard Microsoft systems What we Offer: $17.00 to $37.00/hr. + Uncapped Bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision Casual dress code Continual advanced sales training Exciting and fun team-oriented culture!
