Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our professional and customer-focused team. This is a full-time position with strong monthly bonus potential. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting and leasing or purchasing their Volvo vehicle, providing a best-in-class experience through product knowledge, personalized service, and a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers throughout their vehicle shopping journey * Provide detailed information on Volvo vehicles and leasing/finance options * Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate test drives * Follow up with potential and existing clients to foster long-term relationships * Maintain a clean and professional showroom presence * Participate in ongoing product and sales training Qualifications: * Professional appearance and excellent verbal communication skills * Strong customer service orientation * Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record * Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply * Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required - training is provided!
