Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales goals. * Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. * Manage existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and industry events. * Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales strategies and improve performance. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or a related field; inside sales experience is a plus. * Strong knowledge of territory sales techniques and account management practices. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present products to clients. * Experience in lead generation and business development is highly desirable. * Familiarity with retail sales environments is beneficial but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively. * A proactive approach to cold calling and building relationships with potential clients.
