RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish and grow customer relationships, maintain excellent follow-up standards, resolve issues and assist with the agency's customer retention strategies. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and maintain accurate account records. * Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services based on customer needs. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: * Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening * Experience in customer service and account management. * People-oriented * Detail oriented * Proactive in problem solving * Able to learn computer functions * Ability to work in a team environment * Ability to calm others in stressful situations. * Must hold at least one of the following current licenses from any state: Property and Casualty, Life and Health or Securities.
