The original bead-on-bracelet brand, Trollbeads centers around hand-crafted beads that can be combined to create accessories that have a story. Every story has a bead! Responsibilities include and not limited to: * Remain current in knowledge of all product lines * Ensure customers are provided excellent service through product knowledge, design assistance and one-on-one sales in person and over social media * Communicate directly with customers (face-to face and virtually) * Perform other tasks as assigned by management * Opening and closing store * Monitor and interact with social media accounts * Create social media posts and eblasts * Creating appealing displays (instore and online) * General up-keep of the store The ideal candidate: * Possesses at least one year of experience in specialty retail or jewelry sales AND one year of speciallty retail management * Ability to use critical thinking to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations * Possesses excellent customer service skills and experience with face-to-face or commission sales * Well versed in Facebook and Instagram platforms * Comfortable working on an iPad/tablet and desktop computer * Fun personality * Willing to learn * Follows direction * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Comfortable working alone and with a team * Has open availability * Multi-tasker Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift * Night shift Experience: * Specialty Retail Sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Clinton Township, MI 48038 (Required) Work Location: In person
