Job Title: Sales Assistant Location: Mulberry, Florida Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: EVP of Sales and Marketing Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing key administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication, and enhancing the productivity of the sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, taking meeting notes, running reports on prospects, tracking action items, and maintaining accurate records in our sales system (Salesforce). This role will be based in Mulberry, Florida. Key Responsibilities: * Calendar Management: * Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team, ensuring optimal time management and avoiding conflicts. * Send reminders and ensure proper follow-up on scheduled appointments. * Meeting Notes & Documentation: * Attend sales meetings, take comprehensive notes, and distribute meeting minutes to all relevant stakeholders. * Track and document action items, deadlines, and follow-up tasks to ensure they are completed on time. * Sales Reporting & Data Management: * Run regular reports on prospect activity, sales performance, and opportunities within Salesforce. * Assist in gathering data and preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials. * Action Item Tracking: * Monitor progress on action items and assist team members in meeting deadlines. * Ensure that all tasks are logged, tracked, and completed in a timely manner. * Sales System Management: * Maintain and update the sales database in Salesforce, ensuring accurate records of all prospects, leads, and client interactions. * Ensure all sales activity and interactions are properly logged in Salesforce for easy access and reporting. * Communication & Collaboration: * Communicate with clients and prospects as directed by the sales team, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. * Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth workflow and assisting with day-to-day tasks. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role. * Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) and other office tools. Preferred Skills: * Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. * Basic understanding of sales processes and reporting metrics. * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Compensation: * Salary Range: $38,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience.
