Give us a call to see what a career in landscaping looks like for you! 614-[please apply online] Account Manager Reports to: Branch Manager Supervises: N/A Position Summary: The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients and acts as the intermediary between customers, vendors, service partners, employees, and company owner. This position is responsible for creating a seamless customer experience by utilizing proactive communication skills and ensuring the quality of work performed meets or exceeds client expectations. The Account Manager reports to the Branch Manager. Position Details: Salary: BOE Physical Requirements : Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time. Ability to drive for extended periods of time. Work Schedule: Hours vary based on seasonal needs, must be flexible. Work Location : Cleveland, Ohio Work Conditions : Outside, indoors, office environment Travel: 15% Essential Duties & Responsibilities: o Customer Service: o Serve in the lead role for all assigned client communication. o Fully leverage our relationships to benefit the customer and Yardmaster for maintenance and snow removal. o Frequent and proactive communication with clients to build relationships o Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. o Complete weekly onsite audit reports o Handle customer complaints, find solutions to issues, and maintain a positive relationship o Sales: o Propose enhancement sales to existing clientele by performing monthly walkthroughs o Achieve enhancement sales goal of 33% of your portfolio's budget o Renew existing contracts to attain or exceed 95% retention. o Cultivate relationships with assigned clients to create new sales opportunities within their portfolio o Participate in weekly in-office sales meetings in order to support and collaborate with sales team members o Prepare weekly sales reporting metrics that align with Company goals and sales objectives o Invoicing o Ensure that clients monthly invoice is accurate: Pricing Frequency o Coordinate with administrations to ensure that receivables are current o Service Partners: o Getting quotes and validating against the budget o Schedule service partners o Validate performance o Review billing for accuracy o Coordinate with operations to ensure follow ups are performed as needed. o Perform snow duties as assigned by the branch manager.
