Description: This is a full-time, direct placement role at Citadel Roofing and Solar. Opportunity: Citadel Roofing & Solar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Solar Business Development Manager to drive growth in the California market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy sales and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities with commercial and multifamily building owners. Target project sizes should range between 100kW-1MW+. Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new sales leads for commercial and multifamily solar projects throughout California * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, and decision-makers * Create and present compelling solar proposals and financial benefit summaries to potential clients * Conduct site evaluations and work with the technical team to develop customized solar solutions * Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure * Analyze market trends and identify new business development opportunities in the commercial solar sector * Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating and project management, to ensure smooth project execution * Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals Compensation and Benefits: Citadel Roofing and Solar offers a competitive compensation package.
