True Blue Care at Home Inc is looking to hire experienced Home Care Marketers/ Business Development. We offer Salary , Commission & Bonuses for qualified Home Care Marketers/ Business Development representatives. Job Responsibilities: * Bring workable patient referrals to the agency * Develop new referral sources in the community * Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources (daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, etc. Educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options). * Promote our professional services within the community. * Pre-plan and attend weekly marketing activities. * Maintain complete and concise written documentation relating to all sales activity to assure appropriate lead tracking and follow-up. * Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc. Job Qualifications: * Prior experience in Home Care Marketing/ Business Development * Extensive knowledge and understanding of the NYS Medicaid Program, eligibility, guidelines, etc. * Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must Please email your resume.
