Job Description: As a Sales Professional at Red River Ford of Cabot, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, helping customers navigate their vehicle purchasing journey. We're seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. * Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight features and benefits. * Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. * Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings. * Assist in inventory management and display of vehicles on the lot. Qualifications: * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
