Location Salt Lake City, UT Employment Type Non-Exempt, Regular, Full-Time Manager Position No Reports To Job Title or designee Travel Up to %15 Revision Date April 2025 * Summary of Functions As a Sales Administrator at Air Comm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and provide seamless customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to sales operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the sales process. * Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Handle the processing of sales orders, including verifying order information, pricing, and availability of products. * Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging product demonstrations, and preparing sales presentations. * Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the inventory team to ensure availability of products for timely order fulfillment. * Maintain accurate sales records and documentation, including customer information, sales contracts, and order histories. * Generate sales reports and analysis to track sales performance, identify trends, and support decision-making processes. * Facilitate communication between sales team members, customers, and other departments within the organization to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. * Utilize the CRM system to manage customer interactions, track leads, and update sales data. * Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales-related documents. * Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed. Experience/Education * Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * High school diploma/GED or equivalent. * Valid Driver's License and ability to drive on behalf of company business. * Company will provide additional training, as necessary. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Knowledge of two-way radio systems or related technology (preferred but not required). * Excellent computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. * Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. * Above average oral and written communication skills, and creativity applied to resolution of issues. * Highly proactive and responsive to internal and external customers. * Ability to exercise independent judgment and advise project leadership on complex issues. * Good problem-solving skills/decision-making skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Commitment to excellence and high standards. * Ability to work with all levels of management. * Physical Demands The following physical activities or abilities are commonly, but not always, associated with the performance of this position. The actual requirements of this position will vary. * Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is important. * Regular use of the telephone and email for communication is also essential. * Sitting for extended period is common. * No heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 25 pounds of force occasionally may be required. * Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, and fax machines. * Good reasoning ability and decision-making is important. * Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business. Primarily an office position. At time site visits and field project visits are required. Travel to offices and projects in various location around the country as needed.
