We're Hiring: Part-Time Retail Associate Are you someone who loves plants, crystals, and creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated team player to join our retail team part-time! Experience with plant care and crystals is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are most important. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping customers, and keeping the shop looking its best. Weekday and Weekend availability is required. Compensation: $15 hourly Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers with product questions and purchases * Provide knowledgeable recommendations, especially for plants and crystals * Water, clean, and care for shop plants to keep them healthy and thriving * Respond to customer inquiries in-store, by phone, or online with professionalism and care * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment * Restock shelves, tidy displays, and assist with product organization * Process sales using our point-of-sale system * Support seasonal displays and shop events as needed * Work collaboratively with the team to ensure daily tasks are completed Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal communication skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings * Valid driver's license.
