Technology Expert * Help the customer from start to finish in the delivery of their new Honda * Educate customers on how to operate their newly purchased vehicles * Educate customers on warranty information and trial information * Setup new customers with Hondalink application * Assist current and past sales and service customers with their technology needs * Help Service Advisors diagnose technology problems * Help Sales Consultants with any technology related questions * Lead the sales team in technology discovery and learning * Strong communication skills and professional appearance * Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while explaining technical features Inventory Specialist * Manage showroom inventory * Organizing and maintaining new car inventory * Assisting with picking up and dropping off vehicles * Welcoming customers into the dealership * Assist Sales Manager with inventory control * Checking in new Hondas * Other duties as needed What we provide * Best of Madison auto dealership * United Way community involvement * Manufacturer and personal training and development * Flexible scheduling * Helpful sales team and experienced management staff * Full benefits package including 401k, match and profit sharing. * Other duties as needed Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
