A Day in the Life: As a Full-Time Sales Representative with us, here's what you can expect from your day-to-day experience: * Full-Time 5-Day Schedule : Enjoy a consistent work schedule that allows you to focus on what you do best - selling and connecting with potential owners. * Income Potential : Earn between $100K - $200K W-2 income annually, with uncapped commission based on your performance. * Paid Training & Bonuses: Receive comprehensive, paid training to ensure your success, plus bonus opportunities to further boost your earnings. * Qualified Leads Provided : No need to hunt for leads! We provide prequalified leads to help you hit the ground running. * Quick Compensation : Get paid within 3 weeks from sale to compensation, ensuring fast and reliable income. * No Extra Fees : There are no extra fees or hidden costs. Your focus is on making sales, not worrying about additional charges. * 1-2 Opportunities a Day : You'll have 1-2 opportunities per day to meet with prospective owners and make an impact. How You'll Shine: In this role, you'll be connecting with prospective and current owners , delivering exciting vacation ownership presentations , and sharing how our amazing resorts can transform their vacations into memories. You'll: * Deliver Engaging Sales Presentations : Conduct face-to-face presentations at our state-of-the-art sales centers, showcasing the incredible benefits of vacation ownership. * Build Meaningful Relationships : Engage with potential owners, finding commonality and building trust while demonstrating the value of vacation ownership. * Drive Results : Use your closing skills and expert sales strategies to convert leads into owners, helping them achieve their vacation dreams. What You 'll Bring: * Experience in Sales : We're looking for individuals with 3+ years of sales experience , including those with backgrounds in vacation sales , car sales ,insurance sales, or door-to-door sales. * Florida Real Estate License : A Florida real estate license or the ability to obtain one is highly preferred. * Sales Drive & Tenacity: You're driven to meet and exceed targets, with a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals. * Energy & Enthusiasm: You'll bring your passion for sales and helping others, with an engaging, positive attitude that creates a great experience for potential owners. Even if you don't have vacation sales experience, we encourage anyone with a background in high-energy sales to apply!
