An exciting opportunity for an organized, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills seeking to join a well-established, reputable Independent Advisory & Financial Services Company. Strategy Financial Group is seeking appointment setter for part-time position in our new Peoria, AZ office. This is an on-site position and candidates must be able to work primarily in the office. Schedules: Morning shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, plus rotating Saturday hours. Afternoon shift: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, plus rotating Saturday hours. Base pay: $18.00/hour + generous bonuses for appointments scheduled. Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, a proven record of getting prospects/client engaged over the phone, accept direction, be customer service oriented and skilled with technology. Position Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to engage prospects after they have shown interest from one of the many company marketing funnels which could include informational workshop/seminar, radio ad, TV ad, website, etc. This position will depend heavily upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic and the ability to build upon relationships over the phone. This role will overcome objectives in a professional, polite manner - never making the prospect feel uncomfortable at any time. A summary of the tasks is below: - Calling and scheduling with prospects - Consistent follow-up with prospects - Attend seminars/workshops as needed - Keep CRM updated with prospect/client interaction - Work independently and proactively to meet personal business goals - Assist team with administrative tasks, as needed - Track weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with Advisors - Perform other duties and projects as assigned Requirements: Please note that this position does require at least 2+ years of experience working alongside a Financial Advisor OR within a sales role.
