Looking to break into sales -- and get paid while learning? We're hiring entry-level team members to help us connect with local businesses. This is a part-time, in-office position where you'll earn compensation per appointment you set , with monthly bonus opportunities based on performance. Some team members stay in this role long-term, while others choose to pursue licensing and grow into insurance sales. We're fine either way -- we just want great people making great calls. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to small business leads * Qualify the contact and set quality appointments * Follow a simple, proven script * Track calls and outcomes in our system Requirements * Clear, friendly phone voice with good energy * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Reliable attendance for in-office Mondays and Fridays * Comfortable working independently and staying on task * No experience needed -- training provided Work Schedule * In-office required: Mondays and Fridays * No work scheduled Tuesday-Thursday (reserved for licensed agents) * Average 10-15 hours/week (part-time) Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Commission only * Commission pay * Monthly bonus Schedule: * No weekends Ability to Commute: * Sand Springs, OK 74063 (Required) Work Location: In person
