Brightstar care Cincinnati is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to home healthcare. We're seeking an innovative, results-driven sales professional to join our team. Position Responsibilities Summary: The inside sales and customer service role will be responsible for selling services as well as maintaining existing internal and external customer relationships. Core responsibilities include, but not limited to: Develop business by contacting existing clients or previous clients and opening or evolving the relationship. Negotiate agreements. Contact all potential clients in an effort to grow business. Develop homecare business by establishing relationships with healthcare organizations who may be able to refer cases. Develop and improve relationships with our current case managers to increase current census. Make it great. * Qualifications: Have a high school diploma or GED Be self-directing with the ability to work independently and within a team Have empathy for the needs of the client Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Have the ability to express spoken and/or written ideas in English Treat clients, staff and the public with courtesy and respect Present a positive public image Ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information Marketing experience is preferred, however other relevant skills, sales connections, or education will be considered Should have experience within the healthcare sector
