About the Role This sales position focuses on driving brand growth within an assigned territory to maximize sales, distribution, and profitability. The role involves generating additional sales opportunities, introducing new products to existing and new accounts, and implementing effective shelf management strategies. Compensation: 100% Commission ($60,000-$100,000) Key Responsibilities * Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers to support long-term business growth. * Inventory Support : Assist customers in managing inventory efficiently, ensuring stock levels align with demand. * Sales Influence : Drive sales volume and profitability by collaborating with account leaders and leveraging promotions. * Marketing Implementation : Encourage the use of promotions and marketing tools to enhance customer engagement. * Audits : Conduct field audits, report findings, and identify opportunities for improvement. * Target Planning : Set and achieve sales goals, aligning efforts with overall business objectives. * Customer Service : Act as a point of contact to ensure the highest standards of service are met. * Brand Strategy : Adhere to core brand strategies, focusing on top-performing SKUs and optimizing shelf placements. Qualifications * Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus. * Professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand positively. * Clean and professional appearance, with a willingness to wear brand-identified apparel. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Reliable work ethic and sound decision-making skills. * Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed to meet customer needs. * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. * A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. * Ability to lift up to 40lbs * Must have the ability to travel within an assigned territory What We Value We seek individuals who embody a positive, competitive, and hardworking attitude.
