Responsibilities * Develop an in-depth understanding of digital forensics services * Answer inbound calls with authority and professionalism * Maintain positive relationships with clients * Manage sales queue effectively * Respond to client inquiries and follow up in timely manner Requirements: * 3+ years Experience in Sales (Technical sales is a plus) * Previous Customer Service experience preferred. * Call Center experience a plus * Basic Computer skills (including Word, Excel and Outlook) * Rapid learner - able to learn and has the desire to learn * Self-motivated * Engaging personality with strong communication, presentation & listening skills * Positive attitude and the ability to work well individually, as well as within a team * Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client communications * Maintain a professional appearance * Excellent English language skills, in both written and verbal communications We offer an extensive commission structure.
