Inside Sales Representative - CAS Data Loggers Location: Chesterland, OH | Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (Base + Commission) About Us: We are the country's leading distributor of data loggers, providing cutting- edge solutions for temperature and environmental monitoring. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help customers find the best data logging solutions for their needs. Job Responsibilities: * Engage in consultative sales to understand customer requirements and recommend the best data logging solutions. * Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the deal. * Respond to inbound leads via phone calls, website chats, and emails. * Generate quotes, follow up on active leads, and schedule sales calls using our CRM system. * Maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions within the CRM. * Meet activity targets and provide regular updates to management. Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). * Strong time management and self-discipline. * Technical aptitude to learn about industrial electronics and instrumentation. * Proficiency in Windows-based software (Excel, Word, Internet). * Ability to quickly learn and navigate our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Background in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is a plus. * Self-motivated with a strong understanding of inside sales mechanics. * Ability to follow directions and provide status updates to management.
