Responsibilities: * Direct Sales - meeting with clients and teaching about how we can help protect their livelihood and future * Passion Marketing - get out of the office to build relationships and replenish leads * Inside Lead Generation - phone calls, appointment setting, etc. * Strategic Marketing - i.e. golfing with clients, taking realtors mortgage officers to lunch etc. * Support Success - Prepare proposals, complete documentation, and keep client records organized and up to date. Skills: * Licensed or Willing to Learn - Hold (or be ready to obtain ASAP) Property & Casualty license. * Sales Savvy - Previous experience in sales, especially in insurance, is a bonus. * Relationship Builder - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively. * Motivated & Goal-Oriented - You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * Integrity First - Professional, dependable, and passionate about serving others.
