Sales Administrative and Warehouse Assistant Vicostone USA is a globally recognized brand in engineered quartz surfaces. We are seeking a motivated Sales Administration and Warehouse Assistant to join our growing Oklahoma team. This multi-faceted role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to support our customers and sales reps, as well as the flexibility to assist our warehouse team, when the need arises. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships and communicating with our customers by phone, email or in person. * Process quotes, orders, payments, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. * Provide accurate product information and pricing to Vicostone's customers. * Schedule, document, and virtually monitor visits to our new OKC showroom. * Assist our sales reps with account maintenance, product samples, and brochures. * Schedule and confirm customer deliveries. * Assist with inventory control/cycle count when needed. * Assist our warehouse team in the safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials in accordance with company policies and procedures, when needed. Qualifications: * 2+ years of related experience, some college preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Computer experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software * Prior experience in a warehouse or materials handling role would be a plus * Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment would also be a plus About Vicostone USA: Vicostone USA is a leading wholesale distributor of VICOSTONE quartz slabs used for kitchen countertops and interior surfaces.
