Responsibilities * Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to drive revenue growth. * Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track sales activities and client interactions. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance business development. * Leverage strong communication skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively. * Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for account expansion.
