Sales Account Manager for Wholesale Distributor of Natural Skin Care Products. We are a growing New York based Skin Care company looking for a well-motivated individuals to join our growing team! We make natural skin care products such as soaps, lotions, Shampoo, Conditioners and more! Using all natural ingredients that is great for your skin and hair, we avoid harsh chemicals found in many products in the market. Our products can be found in retailers such as Target, Walmart, Key-Food, Natural Grocery Stores, online retailers such as Amazon and many other reputable retailers. Our mission is to provide everyone with natural products that are good for you and good for the planet. We are looking for someone who has clear communication skills in english and ability to understand Bangla or Spanish. We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Responsibilities * Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships * Process online and phone orders for customers. * Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of new opportunities. * Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
