About the Role: As a Solar Sales Representative , you'll engage with homeowners to educate them on Empower's $0 out-of-pocket solar programs , designed to help reduce their energy bills and make the switch to clean, sustainable energy. This is a door-to-door sales role , so you'll have the opportunity to build relationships directly with customers, set appointments, and close deals in a high-growth market. Your Responsibilities: *Engage & Educate: *Represent Empower by introducing homeowners to our transformative solar programs and their benefits. * Generate Leads : Utilize training and proven strategies to consistently generate new leads and build your customer base. * Set Appointments & Close Sales: Master the art of appointment setting and transition smoothly into closing deals. * Manage Your Sales Pipeline: Proactively follow up with leads, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. * Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, earning commission and bonuses for your success. * Collaborate & Learn: Participate in weekly team training to develop your skills and grow within the company.
