Experience * Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred. * Demonstrates empathy, trust-building skills and customer first mindset. * Strong business development skills with a focus on outbound calling strategies. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Proficiency in using CRM software. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
